One Month Old!

Miss Catie Grace is already one month old! It really has flown by but I feel like I have enjoyed every minute of it. Catie Grace is such a sweet little love and I think she is absolutely perfect! Here are some pictures to show how big she has gotten. I couldn't resist putting her in a Christmas outfit since she has a limited time of wearing all the cute Christmas stuff she has. We are a wee bit obsessed with this season!

I took these pictures right before nap time. She was such a sleepy baby- which was good because she didn't cry, but bad because she looks kind of pathetic. Catie Grace is usually much more active/alert than this!

We went to the doctor last week for her one month doctor's visit. Catie Grace weighs 10 lbs 6 oz (80th percentile) and is 22 1/4 inches long (85th percentile)! What a big girl! The doctor said that Catie Grace is "beautiful and perfect." I couldn't agree more.

Here is what Catie Grace is up to at one month-

*She eats 3-4 ounces at every feeding

*She will sleep anywhere between 4-6 hours at night (thank goodness)

*She eats every 3 hours during the day, like clock work

*She already hates going to sleep and puts up a good fight every time

*She barely cries unless she is very hungry and you are taking too long to feed her or if her tummy is upset.

*She follows the sound of my voice and Gerry's voice. She will also follow objects in front of her.

*She loves her papsan chair and will take naps in it

*She hates her crib and will wake up immediately if she is put in it

*She sleeps in her bassinet right next to her mom

*She likes her car seat and always sleeps in the car

*She smiles a lot in her sleep and sometimes when she is awake. I don't think it is necessarily in response to me, but I like to think that she thinks I'm pretty funny

*She loves taking a bath (as long as she is warm). She loves to splash around in the tub.

*She naps a lot but will stay up for long periods of time and just look around at everything around her.

*She holds her head up so well during tummy time and when she is being burped.

*She is just the sweetest little girl ever. We are so blessed!*
