Two months old!

Catie Grace turned 2 months old on January 1st! She is getting so big and we are enjoying watching her grow.

Catie Grace started out being very cooperative.

then she started to get irritated..

so we gave her a pacifier so she wouldn't cry :)

"Look how big I am getting!"

Our sweet baby girl.. with a bow as big as her head. I blame the bow on Gerry!

Catie Grace has grown so much since her one month post. Here are some of the things she is up to:

• At her two month appointment Catie Grace weighed 12 pounds 2 ounces (95th percentile), she is 24 and 1/4 inches long (above the 95th percentile) and her head circumference is 15.5 (50th percentile). We have a big baby girl! The doctor is really happy with her stats, so we are too!
• First laugh- December 21, 2010, 7 weeks
• Rolled over from her back to her stomach (2 times)- January 4, 2011, 9 weeks
• First vaccinations- January 6, 2011 :(

- Catie Grace is exclusively breastfeeding and doing SUCH a great job with it! When we do give her a bottle of expressed milk, she will eat anywhere between 3-5 ounces.

-She sleeps about 8-10 hours straight every night. We are VERY lucky!

-She had a white Christmas for her first Christmas.

-Cloth diapering is going GREAT! Gerry and I are both totally in love with them. A few days ago I started using the cloth wipes with a homemade wipe solution. That is going great so far too.

-Catie Grace has completely outgrown her newborn clothes and her 0-3 month clothes are actually getting pretty snug. Her 3 month clothes fit her the best because the 3-6 month clothes are still a bit big.

-Catie Grace sleeps all night and takes a lot of naps during the day. She loves her sleep! When she is awake she is all smiles. She likes to coo and interact with us which includes smiling and giggling when we talk to her.

-Catie Grace will focus her eyes on an object and follow it wherever you move it. She also loves to watch TV (not that we let her!) but she loves the light, colors, and movements!

-Catie Grace is starting to attempt to grasp object (like rattles, my hair my necklace, my glasses). She is oftentimes successful at pulling my hair and necklace!

-Catie Grace still loves her swing and likes to hang out in it during the day.

Gerry and I are having such a wonderful time watching our little one grow. Every day with Catie Grace is so amazing! We love this baby girl so much!
