Will I ever keep this thing up to date?

So.. I guess I just really suck at keeping up with this blog. We are so very busy! Of course, I am doing this instead of studying. Will I ever outgrow the procrastination?

I finally got a job! (Health Insurance on November 1st!!) I am working at UTC for a grant that trains foster parents. It's pretty exciting stuff! I am still subbing at Notre Dame (very occasionally) and working at the Y on Saturday mornings. Graduate school is going well- the one class I am taking. Don't knock it, though. A class specifically about Grammar is absolutely enough on my plate. I am soooo tired of hearing about noun adjuncts, subject complements, and phrasal prepositionals .. and it's only midterm!

Gerry is doing well too.. pretty much the same (being wonderful and a perfect husband, you know). He has been busy working on the house- trying to make it homey. He is so amazing!

Lucy just had her 1st birthday (I will post pics ASAP) and the cousins (Rocky and Roxy) got to come by for the party. She is such a little sweetheart and such a blessing in our lives!

Landon's birthday is coming up soon! I can't believe we have had them for almost a year! That's crazy! We will be taking him to the vet soon for a weight update, but he is definitely over 100 pounds now. He is so sweet, and his new thing is to get up with me in the morning (around 6) and make me pet him ( I don't mind =)).

In case anyone is wondering how someone can be so obsessed with their dogs, let me explain. Lucy was my first pet (fish and turtle not included), so I'm pretty excited to have my two dogs! They complete our family.. for now.

Amber and I are very slowly starting an event coordinating business. Right now we have two weddings- not too shabby! One wedding is coming up soon (October 18) and the other is next August. I am planning on starting a blog to showcase all of my wedding/event coordinating knowledge. If you know anyone who needs a wedding coordinator (and that would be anyone getting married that doesn't already have one) send them my way!

So, as I said, I'm so busy I can't keep up with the things I already have going on, so I will be adding to them =). Keep your fingers crossed that I don't go insane!
