When I have been able to steal a few minutes to myself, I have been furiously working on a few simple sewing projects and then one big one sewing project (big for a novice like myself). Below are some pictures of the progress of embellishing burp cloths.

So the big project was an apron for my sis-in-law. It turned out ok but I left a few raw edges on the inside so this apron may not last forever. Emily loved it though so it was a sewing success! Just as a note- I finished this in May. I'm just a bit behind in posting :)
