Miss Brandy posing before the wedding. She's such a model!
This picture is so Sex in the City. Get it Brandy
I made cute signs (feaured later) for the thank you cards. We were a bit pressed for time, that's why I looked so very stressed. Oh, by the way- "color wonder" markers only work on certain paper. I love you ger =)
The girls with the beautiful bride. It's always fun to be at least a foot taller than everyone else...
My handsome cousin the groom! I just still can't believe we are all old enough to get married. It seems like just yesterday we were jumping off the roof into the pool at the house in Marrero!
Joe with all the groomsmen. My Uncle Ron (Joe's dad) looks like such a pimp!
Cousins!
Brandy and me before the wedding. This is such a silly picture & I love it. Brandy/Nana sandwich!
The ceremony and reception were held at the French Fountains at the Monet House in Seaside. Joe and Brandy said their vows under a white tent, surrounded by twinkling lights, running fountains, gorgeous foliage, and hundreds of votive and floating candles. Stunning!
First kiss!
We're official! Cousins! All we need are the puppy cousins (Rocky, Roxy, Lucy and Landon) to make this pic complete!
The three sistahs... Maria, Anna, and Rosa. I'm so glad my mom finally found the venue =)
I'm pretty sure I was making fun of how short Brandy is and how tall I am. Brandy doesn't look too happy about it...
The yummy cake.. and just a glimpse of all the pretty lights...
Gerry was in charge of the groom's cake. He made truffles (a crowd favorite, especially the Bride). It was really delicious, and of course I loved it because it was LSU. Geaux Tigers!
One of mine and Gerry's famous wedding toasts.. which I'm sure was complimented by my fourth or fifth daquiri. Gerry was holding my handkerchief.. waiting for the breakdown.. but I kept it together!
Gerry giving his part of the toast.
Grammy Judy and Gerry getting down! If you look closely you can see me in the background.. drinkin a beer... I'm such a classy gal
Aunt Brandy dancing with little Alexys. Sweet pic.
Gerry and me. We don't look too bad considering the dancing and the heat. Gerry doesn't do well in the heat.... We had such a good time at this wedding- it was so relaxed and fun!
Joe taking off the garter with his teeth. Scandalous!
That's my nephew A.J. He caught the garter. At the rate he's going, he'll be married next year with all the garters he's caught!
Brandy with her toss bouquet. The toss bouquet was fun because Brandy and I got the tackiest fake flowers we could find - in red, white, and blue (because it was almost fourth of july) and tied it with a stars and striped ribbon. Classic!
The newlyweds departing....

My signs that I made!
Here they are.. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Pukac'! Congratulations!! The sun setting on a wonderful day!
