Happy Labor Day!

I am posting this week's blog a bit early because we will be traveling this weekend. This week we are at 29 weeks and Catie Grace's bones are all fully developed. She is fattening up to around 2.5 pounds. Our dear little one has been moving around and kicking up a storm. Yesterday her Aunt Emily got to feel her kick several times.

Gerry and I are traveling to New Orleans for our first shower with my family in New Orleans. We are very excited to have our first shower and to see all of the family! This weekend is also Gerry's 27th birthday, so we will be celebrating with my family in NOLA by having a family luncheon and going to see Ain't That Super! at the Mahalia Theater. Ain't That Super is a comedy about the Saints. Before the show, we will be tailgating with the Saints fans. I think it will be an interesting experience! Gerry and I are both looking forward to a long weekend together- and the po-boys, snowballs, and beignets!
