Thing 1 & Thing 2 have arrived!

The twins have arrived!  

Lydia Margaret and Sloane Elizabeth were born on April 15, 2011 in Gulfport, Mississippi.  Lydia was 4lbs 11oz and Sloane was 5lbs 6oz.  Lydia got to go home on Monday the 18th with her mommy.  Sloane was in the NICU for a bit longer because she was having some breathing problems, but she got to go home April 24th.  What a wonderful Easter gift!

I hated that I couldn't be there for their birth, but Catie Grace and I packed up as soon as I was done teaching and headed down to meet the babies!  Here are some pics from our trip.

Of course we loved meeting the twins, but we also had a great time visiting with Cousin Blythe.  Here are some pictures of Catie Grace and Blythe playing together.  I might have instigated this...

Sloane & Lydia- I wish we were closer so we could see every moment of you growing up.  We will look forward to and cherish each and every visit with you sweet girls.  May God watch over you both.
